You were a one of a kind! 

Riggs (as known as Forrest) was our class clown.  Several years ago he went to live with Sherry Anderson's father in NC.  Forrest was his constant companion.

We miss his antics but know this was what he was meant to do. 

Sadly we lost Forrest June 2011.
